BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS BY TICKETSFLORENCE.COM

Booking by ticketsflorence.com is a very simple procedure. Your reservation is complete in just 3 steps!

1 - select the product you want to book and add it to chart (museum ticket, regular group tour, private guided tour, excursion);
now you can check-out your order or continue shopping.

2 - Click on "CHECK-OUT"
Fill in the form blank fields with your data. Pay attention in writing your email address correctly. 

3 - Choose means of payment (credit card, pay-pal, bank transfer) and click on "******"


Booking procedure is now over!
 

You will receive by email:

A) a copy of your order immediately. If you do not receive it in about one hour, this may mean that the email address is not correct or your email account has been having problems in receiving messages, please check also spam folder.

B) another message with a link to download you VOUCHER. The voucher is the only valid document which certifies your reservation and gives you the right to benefit the services you have booked. Please print out your voucher and bring it with you on the day of your visits. The voucher is sent as PDF file in A4 paper format and is compatible with all printers.

You will receive one link and consequently one voucher for each product you have booked.

Please remember that if you have chosen credit card as means of payment, the debit note on your next credit card accounting report will be in the name of Italy Travels, the company which owns and manages ticketsflorence.com website.
